Home Arcade in a Box was recommended to me by a co- worker. She said I would get great support if I purchased from here. She was right. I ordered the Android TV box on the phone. I received it two days later. It was ready to go. My daughter said that they need updates. They don't. It's automatic. So we downloaded stuff and lost the set up. The next day Monday I was able to get remote help by Vance to reset it back up. Can Amazon do that??? I know they can't. Why buy from there. This was so much easier. Just telling ya. We bought an Android box off Amazon and have had nothing but problems with it from the very beginning. I dropped off my box and not only did him and his wife update it quickly, they customised it to my husband's favorite hockey team, added folders strictly for kids shows and movies, and it is operating faster and better than ever! While there are many Android Boxes on the market; the Customer Service Vance provides is top notch and no doubt the best there is! Fast, efficient and solid customer service counts for a lot in my opinion. Vance is passionate and knowledgeable about the products he sells and is very patient about explaining things. He even provided links to his You Tube tutorials which i found to be very helpful. Much like a tablet, the boxes he sells are media streaming devices that are simple to set up and navigate.
